Information we collect
We process information you provide, including your display name, email address, verified phone number, orders, wallet records, download history and support messages.
We may also record basic technical information needed to secure the service, such as request times, an abbreviated or hashed IP identifier, browser type and error logs. We do not collect full payment-card numbers through this site.
How we use it
We use this information to create and protect accounts, deliver acquired content, verify download rights, keep auditable transaction records, process refunds, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the service.
Sharing and storage
We share only the minimum necessary information with hosting, messaging, payment or storage providers used to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure may occur when required by law, to protect legitimate rights or as part of a consented business change.
Retention and security
Account information is kept while the account remains active. Transaction and entitlement records are retained for audit and legal needs. Verification and rate-limit records are removed after they expire. We use access controls, encrypted transport, short-lived download links and audit trails, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can review some information in your account and contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Records required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance may need to be retained. Browser settings can control non-essential local storage.
Children, changes and contact
