Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for account activity. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use. We may restrict accounts associated with fraud, attacks, abuse or unlawful activity.
Software licence
Unless a product states otherwise, acquiring paid or free content grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your internal use. Juicycode and its licensors retain ownership of software, trademarks, interfaces, documentation and code.
Purchases, wallet and refunds
Displayed prices are in CNY. Wallet balances are usable only for supported digital content and are not bank deposits or freely redeemable cash. Idempotency controls protect repeated requests. Refund availability depends on delivery status and applicable law; completed refunds may revoke download rights.
Downloads and updates
Check file origin and published checksums and maintain your own backups. Versions, compatibility and online features may change for security, regulatory or product reasons. Do not bypass entitlement checks, share private download links or redistribute software without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, system interference, bulk account creation, private-data scraping, malicious code, infringement, or attempts to bypass access controls and billing.
Service scope and liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but beta, preview and free features may be provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for amounts exceeding the relevant order value. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, termination and contact
We may update these terms for security, compliance or product improvements and will publish the effective date. You may stop using the service; serious breaches may result in suspension. Contact support@juicycode.cn with questions.
